Juicer Warehouse™ does not accept returns on the Omega 8005 Juicer. If the Omega 8005 Juicer gets damaged in shipping we will replace the product without charge for up to three days after confirmation receipt from the shipping carrier.
Due to the processing issues cancellations cause in the warehouse there is a $20 restocking fee for every order which is cancelled. If an order is cancelled while in transit there is an additional $20 redirect fee.
Since we are a distributor for Omega Products, Inc. you will have to take up all warranty claims with the manufacturer.
